About the Area

The LV01 Dolce Vita and LV02 Perla Chalets make up an exclusive Village arising in the dramatic setting of the Ampezzo Dolomites. A unique setting and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is known to the world for its varied landscapes as well as its environmental and cultural richness. Located in the richest area in Cortina, the renowned Via Menardi, the Village and its Villas overlook the famous “Promenade”, enjoying a spectacular view of the high peaks of Mount Cristallo, Faloria, Cinque Torri and Tofane. Fashionable Cortina, although a famous racing town and host of the 1956 Winter Olympics, is also loved for its culture and gastronomy. The resort is part of the Dolomiti Superski, one of the world’s largest ski areas with 1,200 km of slopes across 12 ski regions, accessible with a single ski pass. The Faloria ski lifts are just a 3-minute drive/5-minute walk from the chalet whilst shops, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
